Advance Booking Fee
30 days or more before the date of departure: 30% of the total cost.
15 days before the date of departure: 50% of the total cost.
14 days or less before the date of departure: 100% of the total cost.
NOTE - In case of refund the amount received will be refunded to the customer within 10 - 15 days.
Important: The booking is subject to cancellation if full payment is not received at least 15 days prior to the departure date.
If you cancel your booking: -You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:
Cancellation charges per person
30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total cost
15 days before departure: 50% of the total cost
Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of the total cost
